Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for a hospital-based role combining outpatient services with occasional inpatient acute swing assignments. This is a Monday–Friday position with no on-call or weekend requirements.
Shift & Duration
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 2nd
- Location: Colebrook, NH
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience (required)
- Outpatient experience (required)
- Inpatient experience (highly preferred)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
- Current state PT license for New Hampshire (required)
- One supervisory-signed reference from past year of employment (required)

What You'll Do
