Operating Room – Orthopedic Surgical Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking experienced OR nurses for its orthopedic surgical program. You'll work in a modern operating suite performing a diverse range of procedures while providing excellent patient care and supporting your surgical team.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 06:30–15:00 (7:00 AM–3:00 PM)
- Call: One weekday call shift per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 28, 2026
Clinical Scope
Requirements
- Current BLS certification
- General orthopedic OR experience (required)
- Experience with robotic surgery (CV Davinci) is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Unit Culture
The surgical team values collaboration, positive attitudes, and excellent communication. Day shift operates with a charge RN, full room staffing, and 2–3 dedicated float teams.
