ICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Concord, NH

This 13-week contract (with holiday coverage through early January) places an experienced ICU nurse on a high-acuity adult critical care unit. The position is open to local candidates within 50 miles.

Shift Details

• 12-hour nights, 7p–7a
• Every other weekend required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Clinical Scope

The unit manages complex, critically ill patients requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring and support. Candidates should be comfortable with balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, therapeutic temperature management, and rapid infusion therapy.

Required Experience & Credentials

• 2–3 years of ICU experience (candidates closer to 2 years must demonstrate strong clinical independence and versatility)
• CVICU background strongly preferred — please highlight cardiovascular experience on your resume
• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Driver's license address must match submitted demographics

Float Expectations

Nurses in this role may float to the ED (not ICU-hold patients only), stepdown, and med-surg units with modified assignments. Floating to a behavioral health unit is also a possibility — candidates should be comfortable with this. Float coverage to nearby sister facilities may be requested.
