Radiology Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract in Cambridge, MA, beginning October 6, 2026. This is a 40-hour per week position with rotating 10-hour shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.
Schedule & Float
- Rotating 10-hour shifts (shifts may vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours based on coverage needs)
- Weekends and holidays required
- Schedule posted 4 weeks in advance
- Float to other sites as needed (maximum one site per day)
- Call opportunities available but not required
Clinical Scope
You'll perform all diagnostic x-ray imaging across inpatient, outpatient, orthopedic, and operating room settings, including:
- C-arm procedures
- Fluoroscopy
- Portable x-rays
- General diagnostic radiography
Adaptability to various vendor x-ray equipment is essential.
Requirements
- Active ARRT certification and valid MA license required at submission
- Minimum 2 years of radiology experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Valid driver's license
- Flu vaccine during season
- Familiarity with operating room environments preferred
- EMR experience preferred
