Registered Nurse – Medical Step Down Unit
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN for its Medical Step Down Unit in Atlanta, GA. This is a 16-week contract position offering day shifts on a 4 × 12 schedule with guaranteed 48 weekly hours.
Unit Details
Expectations
- Flexibility to float to other intermediate care units as needed (5J and 12A are most common)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications mandatory
Schedule & Duration
- Start date: September 21, 2026
- 4 × 12-hour day shifts
- 16-week contract
- 48 guaranteed hours per week
