This contract position is ideal for a PTA with hands-on SNF experience ready to step into a fast-paced rehabilitation setting. The facility provides skilled nursing and rehab services, and your caseload will reflect the full scope of SNF physical therapy practice.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Quick start preferred
Clinical Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of SNF experience preferred
- Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation software (Rehab Optima) a plus
- Active California PTA license required prior to start
What to Expect
You'll work within a skilled rehab team delivering physical therapy services to a post-acute patient population, supporting recovery across a range of diagnoses common to SNF settings. Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage an independent caseload are essential.
