Procedural Care RN – Interventional Radiology
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for its Procedural Care Unit, supporting pre- and post-operative care for interventional radiology patients. This is a fast-paced role in a specialized procedural environment.
Shift & Schedule
- 10-hour shifts, 0600–0800 start time
- 4 days per week
- Variable days off
- 13-week contract
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-procedural care for interventional radiology patients
- Monitor patient recovery and vital signs in the procedural setting
- Support nursing care during and after radiologic interventions
- Float as needed to support unit staffing
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience with pre- and post-procedural recovery care
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- W-2 employee status with staffing agency
Preferred Qualifications
- Interventional radiology nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing assignments
