Operating Room Nurse – Travel Assignment
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced OR nurse for a travel assignment in the operating room. You'll work nights in a dynamic surgical environment supporting a diverse case load.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Call requirement: One day per week and one weekend per month
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Unit Details
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of operating room experience (L&D experience does not qualify)
- Demonstrated competency in general/trauma OR skills
- Neuro and orthopedic/spine experience required
- BLS certification
- Valid RN license in Texas
Preferred Experience
- Trauma center background
- Additional orthopedic experience
