Interventional Radiology Nurse
Chico, CA | 56-Week Contract | Day Shifts
The facility's interventional radiology department is seeking an experienced RN to join the inpatient IR team. You'll assist with a variety of procedures while providing compassionate, skilled patient care in a dynamic procedural environment. You may float to other radiology nursing areas as needed.
Shift Details
- Day shifts: 6:30 or 7:30 am start times
- 10-hour shifts
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology nursing experience
- Current California RN licensure
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency with procedural sedation and patient recovery protocols
- Ability to float to other radiology units as required
What You'll Do
Support the IR team through patient preparation, monitoring during procedures, post-procedure recovery care, and patient education. You'll work alongside interventional radiologists and support staff in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
This is a 56-week contract position. Candidates must be W-2 employees of their staffing agency.
