Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) — RN & CST
Position Overview
The facility seeks experienced CVOR Nurses and Surgical Technicians for a day shift assignment in its cardiovascular operating room. This is a 13-week contract role offering 36 guaranteed hours per week.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- On-call requirement: 15+ days throughout the contract, including holidays
- Weekend expectations: Open to discussion during interview
Required Qualifications
*RNs:*
- Current RN license
- CNOR or completion of PeriOp 101
- Minimum 2+ years orthopaedic and trauma surgical experience
*Surgical Technicians:*
- Current CST certification
- Minimum 2+ years orthopaedic and trauma surgical experience
The Role
You'll support cardiovascular surgical cases in a multi-room OR environment. Work alongside a collaborative team of RNs and techs focused on delivering excellent perioperative care.
