NICU Registered Nurse
Position Overview
The facility's NICU seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide emergency nursing services to full-term and premature infants. You'll care for critically ill neonates requiring complex medical and surgical interventions in a Level II nursery setting.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. or 11:00 p.m.–11:30 a.m. (please indicate preference)
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- 13-week contract
- Start date: October 19, 2026
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- 2+ years of NICU RN experience required
- Nursing Diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred)
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with mathematical computations for treatment protocols

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and clinical interventions
- Ensure safe, efficient, and culturally sensitive care
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and computer skills
- Manage charge duties as needed
