CT & X-Ray Technologist – Evening Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a CT & X-Ray Technologist to join the imaging department on 8-hour evening shifts. You'll perform diagnostic imaging procedures in an acute care setting, supporting patient care and clinical decision-making.
Shift Details
- Schedule: 8-hour evening shifts, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Start Time: 3:30 PM
- Call: Required
- Weekends: Every other weekend rotation
- Float Assignment: First to float as needed
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 91 weeks
- Cancellation Policy: The facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment; 3 shifts for shorter assignments
Required Qualifications
- Valid California state license
- BLS Certification
- ARRT-CT (Certified CT Technologist)
- ARRT-R (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
- Fluoroscopy certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in CT and X-Ray imaging
What You'll Do
Operate CT and X-Ray equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images. You may also perform fluoroscopy procedures. Work collaboratively with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.
The Role
This is a direct patient-care position in a busy imaging department. You'll manage your own caseload and contribute to a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
