Registered Nurse – Critical Care (Night Shift)
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for its critical care unit. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with occasional on-call responsibilities. This is a 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Clinical Scope
You'll provide care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and acute patient management. Experience in critical care nursing is essential to success in this role.
Requirements
- Current Colorado R.N. license (required)
- BLS certification (required upon hire)
- ACLS certification (required within 3 months)
- PALS or ENPC certification (required within 6 months)
- Two years of critical care nursing experience (preferred)
- Telemetry experience (preferred)
- TNCC certification (preferred)
- Willingness to work holidays
What to Expect
This is a rapid-response position in a high-acuity setting. You should be comfortable working independently on the night shift and responding to critical patient needs. Flexibility and reliability are key.
