Night Shift Float Respiratory Therapist

Position Overview

The facility seeks a full-time float Respiratory Therapist for night shifts across multiple locations. You'll be notified 2–4 hours before each shift which location you'll work that day, providing flexibility and exposure to varied clinical environments.

Shift & Schedule

• Night: 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Weekends as needed
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as an RRT
• Current Ohio RRT license
• Active NBRC certification
• Active BLS certification
• All certifications must be in hand at time of submission
• CRT or RRT accepted

What to Know

• This is a float position; you'll work across multiple facilities within the health system
• You must communicate all scheduling requests and time-off needs during the application and interview process
• Submit all work history, including any prior positions at the facility, with your application
• Two manager or supervisor references (from assignments within the past 12 months) are required
• The facility is smoke-free and requires nicotine screening
• Background check, drug screening (10-panel plus nicotine), and BCI/FBI clearance required
• Full commitment to facility compliance requirements is essential
