Surgical ICU — Night Shift | Burlington, MA
13-Week Contract | 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
This Surgical Intensive Care Unit is a high-acuity critical care environment serving a complex patient population across General Surgery, Trauma, Transplant, and Cardiothoracic Surgery specialties. The unit cares for a diverse range of critically ill patients who may require advanced acute therapies, and nurses work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Schedule & Coverage
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
- No float required
Required Certifications
- BLS and ACLS (AHA)
Required Experience & Skills
- ICU experience required
- Telemetry (TELE) experience required
- Strong proficiency in medications and dysrhythmia recognition — a pass/fail competency assessment is administered on Day 1

- Candidates must have been separated from this facility network for a minimum of 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract) to be eligible for consideration
