ICU Float Pool RN — Burlington, MA | 13-Week Contract

This is an ICU Float Pool position supporting both the ICU and PCU. The role requires flexibility across both units, delivering high-acuity critical care in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts: 7:00a–7:30p or 7:00p–7:30a
• 36 hours/week, every other weekend
• Shift rotation occurs every 4 weeks
• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated start: October 5, 2026
• Local candidates not accepted

Clinical Requirements

• 2–5 years of ICU experience required
• High-acuity critical care and PCU float capability
• Prior experience in a high-acuity trauma setting preferred; candidates from comparable trauma environments will be considered
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Certifications & Licensure

• BLS and ACLS required
• Current Massachusetts RN license required
• ASN minimum education requirement

Additional Notes

• A telemetry competency test will be administered on day one — this is pass/fail, and failure may result in assignment termination
• Candidates must have been separated from any affiliated employment at this facility for a minimum of 6 months (permanent, per diem, or travel) prior to consideration
