Registered Nurse

MedSurg Telemetry RN — Float Pool | Cambridge, MA

This float pool position places you across multiple units, including MedSurg Telemetry, Progressive Care (PCU), Intensive Care (ICU), and the Emergency Department, where you'll care for MedSurg boarders and a diverse patient population. Strong telemetry skills are essential, as you'll be deployed throughout units requiring close cardiac monitoring and adaptable clinical judgment.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights)
• Every other weekend required
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Anticipated start: October 5, 2026

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MedSurg Telemetry RN experience
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• Prior experience with electronic health record documentation
• Candidates must have been separated from the hiring health system for at least 6 months prior to consideration
