Med/Surg Telemetry – 12-Hour Evening Assignment
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work 12-hour evening shifts, including every other weekend, with 72 hours guaranteed biweekly.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
- Current BLS-AHA and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with the facility's electronic health record system
- Willingness to float to partner facilities as needed
- Must have been separated from previous facility employment for 6+ months and in good standing
- Successful completion of a Day One orientation assessment (one attempt)
- Two attempts allowed to pass Relias onboarding preparation testing before on-site assessment
