Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – Float Pool

Position Overview

Join the facility as a Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN in a 13-week float pool assignment. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with weekends and holidays expected, floating across med-surg telemetry floors and to overflow areas as needed.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly
• Weekends and holidays required
• Biweekly orientation
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of med-surg telemetry experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to pass a telemetry competency exam
• Documented professional development activities
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Important – Onboarding Competency Testing

You will be required to pass ECG/telemetry and medications exams during onboarding via Zoom. This is a one-attempt assessment with an 85% passing score required and no opportunity for remediation. Testing must be completed within 48 hours of offer. A study guide will be provided; we strongly encourage you to prepare thoroughly.

• If you have worked at this facility as travel, permanent, or per diem staff within the last six months, you are not eligible.
