Ambulatory Care RN — Cambridge, MA

This long-term contract opportunity is based in an outpatient ambulatory care setting in Cambridge, MA, serving a primary care and community health patient population. The position offers a stable, day-shift schedule with guaranteed hours.

Schedule & Contract Details

• 9-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 4 shifts per week | 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• 88-week contract
• Start date: October 6, 2026
• Must work every other major holiday

Clinical Scope

• Ambulatory and outpatient care; primary care and clinic experience considered
• Candidates with acute care backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Scrub color: Any

Requirements

• Active or conditional Massachusetts RN license (verified via NURSYS report pulled within the past week; all past and present licenses must be visible)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ambulatory or related specialty
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Acute care experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Flu vaccine required (seasonal)
• 2 recent references from a Charge RN, Manager, or Supervisor in a matching specialty
• Specialty-specific skills checklist
• Driver's license with address matching submitted demographics
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
