Medical Surgical Telemetry RN – Float Pool
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry RN to join a float pool supporting multiple units. This is a dynamic role ideal for a clinically versatile nurse who thrives in varied care environments.
Unit & Clinical Scope
You'll float between Medical Surgical Telemetry, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), ICU, and the ED to support medical-surgical boarders. Strong telemetry monitoring skills are essential, as you'll be caring for patients across different acuity levels and specialties.
Schedule & Contract
- Shifts: 12-hour rotating days/nights
- Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2+ years of Medical Surgical Telemetry experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Must have been separated from a previous facility assignment for 6+ months to be considered
