Medical-Surgical Telemetry – Night Shift

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Telemetry
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Location: Beverly, MA

Requirements

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum 2+ years of med-surg or telemetry experience
• Must have been separated from previous employer for 6+ months and in good standing
• System proficiency with electronic health records required

Onboarding & Testing

You'll complete orientation with a day-one assessment (one attempt). During onboarding, you'll have two attempts to pass knowledge-based testing before your onsite clinical evaluation.

Flexibility

While floating is not required for this specific assignment, you must be open to supporting the facility's needs as they arise.

What to Expect

You'll provide care to medical-surgical patients on telemetry monitoring, managing post-operative recovery, chronic disease management, and acute medical conditions. This is a fast-paced night shift role with engaged clinical teams.
