Registered Nurse
Med/Surg Telemetry | Night Shift | Beverly, MA
13-Week Contract | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
This 13-week contract position places you on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit working 12-hour night shifts, with a start date of October 5, 2026. The schedule includes every other weekend, and you'll be guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included).
What to Expect Clinically
You'll care for medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring, working in a fast-paced environment that demands strong assessment skills and comfort with cardiac rhythm interpretation.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Floating to a nearby affiliate facility may be required as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
- BLS (American Heart Association) — required
- ACLS — required
- Must be in good standing and at least 6 months separated from any prior employment with this health system to be considered
Onboarding & Testing
- Day-one pass/fail skills assessment administered at orientation (one attempt only)
- Two attempts permitted to complete Relias testing during onboarding in preparation for the onsite evaluation
