Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Float Pool
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN to join its float pool. You will provide direct patient care across multiple clinical units, including Med/Surg Telemetry, Progressive Care, ICU, and Emergency Department, caring for acute and post-operative patients, including med/surg boarders.
Key Details
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), every other weekend
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly on all assignments (on-call time not included)
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Location: Cambridge, MA
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
- Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
- Willingness and ability to float between units
- ACLS and BLS certifications (current)
- Must have been separated from previous employer for 6+ months
