Emergency Room RN | Night Shift | Austin, TX | 13-Week Contract

This busy Emergency Department in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week night shift contract. The unit manages a high-acuity, diverse patient population across general ED, fast track, cardiac/trauma, and behavioral health settings.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends
• No on-call required
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Clinical Scope

The ED team performs a wide range of procedures, including splinting, EKGs, central line management, airway support, trauma assists, resuscitation, rapid infusion, Morgan lens irrigation, and behavioral health de-escalation.

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
• ENPC
• TNCC
• NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma experience
• Holding/inpatient boarding experience
• CPI certification
