Dietitian Position – Kingwood, TX
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/LD) for a day shift role in a clinical nutrition department. This is a 13-week contract position with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Days: Monday–Friday with one Saturday monthly; on-call the following Sunday (rarely called in)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
About the Role
You'll conduct nutrition rounds, collaborate with the clinical care team, and provide evidence-based dietary support to patients. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to patient care. You'll work alongside a nutrition team in a busy clinical setting.
Requirements
- Current RD/LD certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to take initiative
