Dietician – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Registered Dietician (RD/LD) to join the clinical nutrition team on a day shift assignment. This is a full-time role offering 36 guaranteed hours per week over a 13-week contract.

Shift & Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Days: Monday–Friday (business hours)
• On-call commitment: One Saturday per month with on-call Sunday (rarely activated)
• Start date: October 19, 2026

The Role

You'll provide nutrition assessment, planning, and counseling to support patient care and recovery. Responsibilities include conducting nutrition rounds and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team. This is a hands-on clinical role in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Unit Details

You'll work in a busy general nutrition department where clear communication and teamwork are essential. A Certified Nutrition Manager provides additional coverage two days per week, supporting the core team of 5.5 FTEs.
