Outpatient OB/GYN RN – Boston, MA
Position Overview
The facility's outpatient OB/GYN department is seeking an experienced RN to join a comprehensive women's health service. You'll support a high-volume clinic providing antenatal care, gynecological procedures, maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive endocrinology, gynecologic oncology, and general gynecology services.
Shift & Schedule
- 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Variable start times: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- 2+ years outpatient OB/GYN nursing experience
- Proficiency in conscious sedation and termination services
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certificate
Preferred Qualifications
- Moderate sedation experience
- OR/PACU background
- Women's health telephone
- Labor & Delivery experience
Key Responsibilities
- Nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, and intervention
- Patient and family care coordination
- Support for approximately 305 daily patients across 36 clinical spaces, including NST and ultrasound rooms
Clinical Scope
You'll work with diverse obstetric and gynecologic patient populations across multiple specialties in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
