Immunization Specialist – LPN

Position Overview

The facility seeks an LPN to join its flu clinic immunization team. You'll administer vaccines in a fast-paced, high-volume setting across multiple campuses, playing a vital role in community health during flu season.

Schedule & Location

  • Shift: 4 × 10-hour days, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Days: Monday–Thursday; one Saturday required during the assignment
  • Assignment Duration: 2–3 weeks (extension possible for select candidates)
  • Work Environment: On-site only; you'll rotate across multiple facility campuses
  • Start Date: October 12, 2026

Requirements

  • Current MA LPN license (must be valid at time of submission)
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of vaccine administration experience
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian-Creole, or Cape Verdean)

The Role

You'll administer flu vaccines to varying patient volumes daily in a clinic setting. This is a patient-facing position requiring strong communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
