Cath Lab Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join a high-acuity cardiac interventional team. This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Combination of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- On-call for nights, weekends, and one major holiday
- 30-minute call-back time
Clinical Requirements
You'll support advanced cardiac procedures including Impella support, IABP management, and telemetry monitoring. You must:
- Independently read and interpret telemetry strips
- Pass a telemetry competency exam (85% or higher) on day 1
- Demonstrate 2–3 years of direct Cath Lab experience
Required Certifications & Credentials
- ARRT or RCIS
- Current Massachusetts medical technician license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Interventional Radiology experience
- Experience in a high-acuity cardiac program
