ICU Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for night shift (7 PM–7 AM) on a 13-week contract.
Shift Details
- Schedule: 12-hour nights, 7 PM–7 AM
- Patient Ratios: 1:2 (±1)
- Guaranteed Hours: 91 weeks
- Float Requirement: You will float to the main campus as needed.
Clinical Responsibilities
You'll manage high-acuity patients with a focus on cardiac care, including:
- 12-lead EKG interpretation and placement
- IV insertion and management
- Administering cardiac infusions and drips
- Continuous cardiac monitoring
- Lab draws
- Oxygen weaning protocols
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- ICU experience required
- Strong foundation in cardiac monitoring and critical care nursing
