About the Role
You'll provide skilled nursing care for post-surgical and medically complex patients transitioning from acute or critical care. This is intermediate-level care with close monitoring and specialized treatment protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient conditions throughout your shift
- Administer medications and treatments
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and support staff
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress
- Communicate changes in patient status to the care team
Requirements
- Active RN license (Georgia)
- Proven experience in PCU or intermediate care settings
- Ability to manage a moderate patient load in a structured, supervised environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
