About the Role
You'll provide skilled nursing care to patients transitioning from acute or critical care settings. This PCU manages post-surgical and medically complex patients requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions. Your day-to-day work includes administering treatments, evaluating patient conditions, coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid RN license
- Proven experience in PCU or intermediate care settings
