Cardiac Telemetry RN — Night Shift | Tulsa, OK
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Start Date: October 4, 2026
This night-shift travel opportunity is on a cardiac telemetry unit caring for patients across the full spectrum of cardiac needs, including post-operative care. The unit is supported by Patient Care Technicians and a unit coordinator, with virtual sitter monitoring and dedicated telemetry monitor techs available to the team.
Clinical Scope:
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
- Coordinate care across disciplines and execute physician and nursing orders
- Assess and facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment in a high-acuity environment
Float & Scheduling Expectations:
- Float to cardiac telemetry and med-surg departments as needed
- Up to 6 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period
- Holiday shifts may be required based on departmental need
Required Credentials & Licensure:
- Active, unrestricted RN license (Nursys verification required)
- Current license/certificate verification at submission
- Skills checklist and two professional references required at submission
- Onboarding requirements include pharmacology exam, specialty exam, EKG competency, core competencies, and standard health screenings (immunizations, TB testing, drug screen)
