Interventional Radiology Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join the IR department. You'll work in a busy interventional radiology lab performing vascular and interventional radiology procedures in both the dedicated IR suite and the operating room.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Schedule: 4 × 10-hour days per week
- Call: 1 day per week on call, plus every 4th weekend on call
- Contract Duration: 26 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Start Date: September 10, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with vascular interventions and IR procedures
- Operate and manage IR equipment during complex cases
- Provide technical support in both dedicated lab and OR settings
- Maintain patient safety and sterile technique standards
Required Credentials & Qualifications
- Current license/certificate (verification required at submission)
- EPLS certification
- Valid driver's license/state ID
- Current immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Varicella
- Negative TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA)
- Professional references and employment verification
- Pass background check and drug screening
