Interventional Radiology Technologist

Assignment Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 6-week contract at 40 hours per week. Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with rotational call coverage on weekdays and weekends.

Position Requirements

• Required Certifications: ARRT, BLS, ACLS (must be current at time of application)
• Clinical Experience: Minimum interventional radiology experience required; neuro-interventional radiology experience preferred
• Start date: within 5–7 days of offer acceptance

Clinical Scope

You will provide technical support across the imaging department, with primary focus on interventional radiology. Responsibilities include patient preparation, equipment operation, and moderate sedation monitoring in all imaging departments (CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiology, and interventional radiology). You will rotate across all Medical Imaging departments as staffing needs require.

Work Environment

• Blue scrubs required
• Predictable weekday day-shift schedule with scheduled on-call rotations
• No rotating shifts or special scheduling requests
