Neuro/Trauma ICU (NT/SICU) – Registered Nurse

Chico, CA | Night Shift | 13-Week Contract

This NT/SICU position places you in a specialized critical care unit focused on neuro and trauma patients at high acuity. The unit manages complex cases including patients on ICP monitors, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and lumbar drains.

Shift Details

• Nights, 12-hour shifts with a 1900 start time
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Clinical Scope

• Neuro and trauma critical care patient population
• Management of ICP monitoring, CRRT, and lumbar drains
• Float coverage required to Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, and Med/Surg units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience
• Prior neuro/trauma critical care experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Valid California RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
