Registered Nurse

Travel RN – ICU | Lone Tree, CO | Night Shift

This adult ICU position focuses on high-acuity medical and surgical critical care, including patients requiring neurological monitoring, cardiovascular support, and complex respiratory management.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract (with extended availability)

Clinical Scope

The unit manages a diverse critical care population, with procedures and conditions including:

• Rapid sequence intubation
• Chest tube management
• External ventricular drain (EVD) care
• LVAD and CRRT patient management
• Neuro and trauma cases

Nurse externs are on staff to support bedside RNs. The ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable adjusting assignments mid-shift based on patient acuity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU experience
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• RN licensure (or eligibility to practice in Colorado)

Preferred Qualifications

• Neuro certification
• Neuro and/or trauma ICU experience
