Registered Nurse

Cardiac ICU / IMCU — Travel RN | Cambridge, MA

13-Week Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

This cardiac-focused role is ideal for experienced critical care nurses with a strong background in CT surgery and advanced cardiac device management.

The Position

You'll float between the ICU and IMCU, caring for high-acuity cardiac patients including post-CT surgery cases. Proficiency with intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) and Impella devices is required.

Schedule

• Three 12-hour rotating shifts per week (days and nights)
• Every other weekend required
• If working through the winter holiday season, two holidays are required
• 72-hour biweekly hour guarantee (excludes any on-call hours worked)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiac ICU or similar critical care setting
• CT surgery nursing experience required
• IABP and Impella device experience required
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) — current and required at time of submission
• Active RN license applicable to Massachusetts
