Registered Nurse

Cardiothoracic ICU / IMCU — Travel RN | Cambridge, MA

This 13-week contract is suited for an experienced ICU nurse with a strong cardiothoracic surgical background. The unit manages complex post-operative and high-acuity cardiac patients, and candidates must be comfortable with advanced hemodynamic support devices.

Schedule & Hours

• 3 × 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• Every-other-weekend rotation
• 2 holidays required if working through the winter holiday season
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (excludes any on-call time worked)
• Estimated start: October 5, 2026

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a comparable setting
• CT surgery experience required
• Proficiency with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and Impella devices required
• Float expectation between ICU and IMCU

Certifications & Licensure

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
