ICU/IMCU Nurse – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced ICU/IMCU nurse for a 13-week contract in Cambridge, MA. You'll provide high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced critical care environment, with the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple intensive care settings.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights)
• Every other weekend rotation
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• If working through winter holidays, 2 holidays are required
• Weekly orientation sessions
• Any color scrubs

Clinical Scope

You'll care for post-cardiac-surgery patients and manage advanced hemodynamic support devices including IABP and IMPELLA. Float responsibilities between ICU and IMCU units are expected.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar critical care setting
• CT surgery experience required
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• Must be separated from previous employer for 6+ months
