Chemotherapy Treatment Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Chemotherapy Treatment Nurse to join the oncology treatment area. You will administer chemotherapy to adult patients in an ambulatory setting, working Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday commitments.
Shift & Schedule
- 10-hour day shift: 7:30 AM – 6 PM
- Monday–Friday (no weekends/holidays)
- 13-week contract
- 72 hours guaranteed biweekly (excludes on-call time)
- No float required
Requirements
- Valid MA license (required at submission)
- BLS certification
- Chemotherapy certification (required at submission)
- 2+ years of oncology experience
- Ambulatory chemotherapy administration experience
- Flu vaccination required in September (medical exemptions only)
What to Expect
Weekly orientation sessions begin each Monday (barring holidays). You'll work alongside an experienced oncology team delivering patient-centered care in a structured outpatient environment.
Note
Candidates must have been separated from the facility for a minimum of one year to be eligible. Please provide available interview dates and times at submission, along with any requested time off.
