This travel RN opportunity is in a specialized Burn ICU located in Nashville, TN. The unit manages critically ill burn patients requiring advanced nursing interventions, with shift hours running 19:00–07:00.

Unit Overview

The Burn ICU cares for high-acuity patients, including those requiring ventilator management, specialty bed support, and occasional continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). The care team includes a Charge RN, bedside RNs, and PCTs.

Schedule & Commitment

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Estimated start: October 12, 2026

Float Requirements

Contract staff float first; prior med/surg experience is required to support float assignments.

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS

Ideal Candidate

• RN with med/surg background; burn or critical care experience preferred
• Comfortable managing ventilated and high-acuity ICU patients
• Ability to adapt to varied patient populations when floating
