Operating Room Nurse – Breast Care Center
Position Overview
The facility's Breast Care Center OR is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join a specialized surgical team. You'll support a range of breast surgical procedures in a focused, high-quality environment.
Schedule & Contract
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 96-week contract
- Holiday commitment required: work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 of the 4 minor holidays (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience (specialty preferred)
- AHA BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
What You'll Do
Prepare patients and equipment for surgical procedures, monitor vital signs, assist surgeons and anesthesia, and maintain sterile technique throughout cases. You'll work alongside a collaborative surgical team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.
