Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a 10-hour day shift position (10x4 schedule). You'll provide direct patient care in a radiation oncology setting, supporting patients undergoing cancer treatment and related procedures.
Schedule & Commitment
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (varies)
- 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- 40 guaranteed hours weekly
- 13-week contract
- Holiday coverage required: Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent, direct oncology nursing experience
- AHA BLS Certification required
What You'll Do
Work in a busy oncology unit providing comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving radiation and cancer treatments. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during a critical phase of patient treatment.
