• Must reside at least 65 miles from the facility (travel assignment only; local candidates will not be considered)

The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist for its daytime therapy services. You'll work a consistent day schedule with predictable Monday–Friday availability, offering flexibility in how you structure your weekly hours. This is an extended contract ideal for clinicians seeking stability and continuity in their patient caseload.

Housing

Temporary housing assistance is available. Details will be provided upon assignment confirmation, with availability beginning the day before your start date.
