Cardiac Cath Lab RN

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Charleston, SC

The facility's cath lab performs a high volume of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including left heart catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, TAVR, pacemaker insertions, Impella support, and intra-aortic balloon pump placements.

What You'll Do:

You'll support patients undergoing coronary and structural heart procedures in a busy, two-lab environment averaging 10 cases daily. Responsibilities include patient assessment, monitoring during procedures, emergency medication administration, and post-procedure care.

Schedule & Requirements:

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation with hospital staff
• 7–9 on-call days per month (minimum one weekend call)
• 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Required uniform scrubs provided

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Cath lab experience required
• Advanced knowledge of emergency medications
• Experience with the procedures listed above preferred
