NICU Registered Nurse — Nights | Syracuse, NY

This is a 13-week night shift contract in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The unit cares for critically ill and premature neonates requiring advanced interventions and close monitoring. Candidates must have experience in a Level IV NICU setting.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
• Guaranteed hours

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP

Required Experience

• 2+ years of NICU RN experience
• Level IV NICU experience required
• Experience with electronic health record charting required

Dress Code

• Any color scrubs

This role is well-suited for an experienced NICU nurse comfortable managing complex neonatal cases, including resuscitation and high-acuity newborn care. Weekend availability and prior Level IV experience are firm requirements.
