Radiology Technologist | Day Shift | Arlington, VA | 13-Week Contract

This 13-week assignment places an experienced Radiology Technologist in a busy, full-service imaging department supporting a diverse patient population across OR, ER, fluoroscopy, portables, and outpatient settings.

Shift & Schedule

Monday–Friday, Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Clinical Scope

The department handles a high volume and broad range of procedures, including:

• Fluoroscopy: UGI, Barium Swallow, Modified Barium Swallow
• OR cases: Spine, Anterior Hip, ERCP
• Bedside/portable chest and abdomen
• C-arm and O-arm procedures
• Emergency and trauma imaging
• PACS image management

Patients span all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Board of Medicine (BOM) license — must be active/in hand at time of submission (proof of application accepted for Radiology Techs)
• ARRT registration (R)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• O-arm experience
• Operating Room skills
• Prior experience with fluoroscopy procedures

Additional Details

• Flu vaccine required seasonally (October 1 – March 31); COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Smoke/nicotine-free facility
• Request time off should be minimal and submitted upfront; holiday coverage expected
• Floating may be required in rotation with staff per policy
