CT Technologist – Evening Shift

Location: Asheville, NC

Shift & Schedule:

• 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours/week
• 26-week contract
• Possible weekend shifts and rotation to alternative shifts
• Approximately 12 hours/month on-call

About the Role:

You'll work in a high-volume CT imaging department performing diagnostic and invasive procedures across multiple clinical areas. Your responsibilities include neuro, MSK, body, cardiac, and pediatric imaging, with particular emphasis on ED trauma and stroke protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:

• ARRT (R) certification
• Proficiency in all areas of CT imaging (diagnostic and invasive)
• Demonstrated expertise in ED trauma and stroke imaging
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• GE equipment experience
• Invasive CT imaging skills
• Cardiac imaging background
• Venipuncture competency

Work Environment:

The evening shift typically operates with 4–5 technologists and a radiology assistant. You'll be part of a team that values both independent problem-solving and strong collaboration. The department handles a diverse patient population and a full range of imaging modalities.

Dress Code: Black scrubs

Requirements:

• Valid state radiology license
• ARRT (R) certification
